Attivare Therapeutics Joins NVIDIA Inception Program to Accelerate AI‑Driven Personalized Oncology

NATICK, Mass — February 10, 2026

Attivare Therapeutics (“Attivare”), a biotechnology company developing next‑generation personalized cancer therapies, today announced that it has been accepted into NVIDIA’s Inception Program, an exclusive global initiative designed to nurture cutting‑edge startups revolutionizing their industries with AI.

The NVIDIA Inception Program will provide Attivare with access to advanced developer tools, technical expertise, and support to accelerate our proof-of-concept development and go to market deployment of ATT‑AI, the company’s proprietary AI platform for personalized oncology therapeutics. ATT‑AI is designed to analyze an individual patient’s tumor biopsy and identify rational, patient‑specific combinations of therapeutics predicted to be most effective against that person’s cancer.

“Being welcomed into NVIDIA’s Inception Program is a major milestone for Attivare,” said David Sherris, CEO of Attivare Therapeutics. “The combination of NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure and our ATT‑AI platform will help us scale from hypothesis‑driven to truly data‑driven personalization of combination therapies at the level of each patient’s tumor.”

ATT‑AI integrates data derived from a patient’s biopsy, including transcriptomics, to predict which combination of drugs is most likely to provide benefit. By leveraging NVIDIA’s accelerated computing stack, Attivare aims to significantly enhance model speed, the ability to analyze complex data from large patient cohorts and predict drug‑combinations. This will enable faster iteration, improved prediction accuracy, and ultimately more precise selection of therapies tailored to each tumor.

Attivare’s AI platform pairs uniquely with its proprietary bioscaffold technology, ATTimmune. Attivare is, to its knowledge, the only biotechnology company enabling the administration of multiple therapeutics to the tumor microenvironment in a single procedure via a localized bioscaffold that can deliver a rationally AI-selected combination of drugs over a controlled release window. By placing AI‑selected combinations directly into the tumor microenvironment using ATTimmune, Attivare aims to maximize local efficacy, sustain therapeutic exposure, and potentially reduce systemic toxicity.

“The vision behind Attivare is end‑to‑end personalization, from patient biopsy to AI‑driven combination selection to localized multi‑drug delivery within the tumor microenvironment,” added Jessica McDonough, Attivare’s Co-founder and COO. “The NVIDIA Inception Program strengthens every part of that vision by allowing us to build, validate, and deploy more powerful models rapidly.”

As an Inception Program member, Attivare will receive access to NVIDIA’s AI software tools and SDKs, discounts, technical training, and opportunities for joint marketing and visibility. These resources are expected to support Attivare in:

Attivare believes that the combination of ATT‑AI and ATTimmune may define a new category of personalized oncology, where rationally designed drug combinations are not only predicted for each patient, but also delivered in a way that matches the biology of the tumor itself.

About Attivare Therapeutics

Attivare Therapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on personalized cancer treatment, integrating artificial intelligence with novel drug‑delivery platforms. Its AI engine, ATT‑AI, identifies patient‑specific therapeutic combinations based on an individual’s tumor biopsy, while its proprietary bioscaffold, ATTimmune, enables localized, multi‑drug delivery directly into the tumor microenvironment. Attivare’s mission is to transform oncology care by making precision combination therapy feasible, scalable, and patient‑centric.
